Then God said, “Let us make man in our image, in our likeness, and let them rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air, over the livestock, over all the earth, and over all the creatures that move along the ground.” (Genesis 1:26)….
God saw all that He had made, and it was very good. (Genesis 1:31) …
For since the creation of the world God’s invisible qualities – His eternal power and divine nature – have been clearly seen, being understood from what has been made, so that men are without excuse. (Romans 1:20)
…creation itself will be liberated from its bondage to decay and brought into the glorious freedom of the children of God. (Romans 8:21)
…Jesus. He must remain in heaven until the time comes for God to restore everything, as He promised long ago through His holy prophets…(Acts 3:21)
The clip below is just a glimpse, yet a beautiful expression, of the harmonious relationship God intended between man and animal. (And the music is incredible). We know that this relationship will one day be restored in its perfected state in God’s Son, who is the sum of all things. Hallelujah.
Even more than that, in this clip there is a great image of the strong willed and independent human race (represented by the horse) – until we meet our One True Master, who by His love and Divine nature, intimately connects with us on a level no-one else can and we willingly surrender ourselves into the safety of His hands.
Our God is our kind Master. In our True Master’s hands, we become malleable, willing participants in His mercy. The joy of our love displays the glory of God to the world.
Note the time and energy put into the hidden and private relationship before being displayed to the outside world – a great picture of the hidden work of the Holy Spirit in our lives, our training, learning and preparation.
…and as you watch, see the beauty of the unity of the body in submission to the Head, even unto Christ.
I hope this clip touches you as it did me.
